Which Franken Tony is Best?

I might have tripped and fell down the build rabbit hole for a minute. Which one do you like the best?

I don’t know… THEY’RE (all) GRRRREAT!

I can’t decide but I can’t wait to see Tony at :10 after! 😂

Although two hands shaped like spoons would have gotten 100%

Spoon hands are tough to come by and questionable to fit 😂

I would like to take credit, but lack of choice was the driving force. But I did feel like the dive watch came out the best.

The dress case feels truest to the character watch tradition.

Absolutely! Put it on a cheaper strap and give it some baton hands and it's probably pretty close to a traditional character watch. But I wasn't trying to stay true to classic.

This is an original version I found in eBay

Ha, it's so funny when they put them on bund straps.

Yes I love character watches but haven't been able to find one that is good enough quality with a character I like. The Buren Jay Ward ones are good but I never liked Rocky & Bullwinkle.

What? No Chrono the Tiger? 😉

My watch building skills haven't reached Chrono yet

I have to go with the Field Tony, or Field Tiger, or Tiger Field, or Tony Field! Not sure which name would be best.

The brushed case and field-style hands work very well with the simple dial. Especially when considering the original, the field watch works the best.

The diver is very cool in its own right though, I must say.

I agree, this dial is definitely suited to a field watch.
