Help! Name this watch

I got this pocket watch from my grandfather years ago, he passed in 1984. I've tried searching the internet but can't find anything about it. Please help if you can. Thank you.

I ran the serial number on the back of the cover in an Elgin database and it does look to be an Elgin movement from 1880. Hope this helps :)

@minutemeg helped you with the movement. The rest is up to you. You will have to search for a jeweler named J.W. Heil from Clinton, MO. Pocket watches were often cased by jewelers to order, so a case and movement were married together. A Joseph Heil died of a heart attack in Clinton, MO in 1955. It is a close as I got. The business may not have survived the Great Depression or that of 1891. The same database cited by Meg will tell you that the case is a Dueber Newport Coin. Dueber is most often associated with Hampden, but they were a case maker first and foremost.

The best source for old businesses is the yearly city index. It is basically the yellow pages of the pre-telephone world. Unfortunately, most are not online.

Not being contrary but the surround for the key winding looks more like a Hampden …
