$300 Everyday Watch Recommendations

I am looking for any recommendations for awesome everyday watches for under $300! I would prefer something mechanical, under 40mm case diameter, and 100m of water resistance. Thanks guys!

I've been browsing some of those! Do you have any particular favorites?

Something from Orient perhaps?

Timex Expedition

I think you'd be hard pressed to beat the Timex Expedition mechanical. 100m WR, mechanical, sapphire crystal.

I had no idea there was a mechanical version of the expedition! I was gifted a quartz version with 50 m WR 2 years ago and that how I got into watches. An awesome choice

Orient Mako 40mm. They are quite recent but can be found for 280-300 on the grey market.

If it was my money, I would look for a second hand NB1050 around that price. Not the 10ATM you're asking for but I can forego swimming with my watch if it's such a looker.

Any specific models you would recommend?

Here are the two that I have. I would also check out #sanmartin on WC a lot of watches and reviews there.

Consider the Steeldive 1954. Around USD100, keep the change for something else. Its a very solidly built watch, ceramic bezel, nh35, beautifully finished oyster bracelet and case, and looks and feels great. Very accurate too and good power reserve. Also its lume is the strongest ive seen so far

Agree on Timex Expedition North, there's the 38mm mechanical wind or my fave the Titanium at 41mm automatic. Theres also the collab with Huckberry a bit out of your $ range.

·

Oreint Mako or Ray, great automatic watches.

·

Just picked up this batgirl homage from San Martin. Going to use it as a daily beater.

This sale price is great. Sapphire, AR coating, strap monster ready at 20mm, stainless steel and dark coated-an abs killer deal.
