Made several purchases. Not a problem at all.

I have multiple times. The most expensive watch I purchased on Jomashop was my Hamilton Below Zero watch. I've also purchased a few Orients Citezen and Seikos. There were no notable issues with shipping times and packaging.

They typically will give you a 2+ year warranty. If you plan on purchasing some higher end peices I would try them on at your AD first. The money you can save with Jomashop is substantial.

Good luck!

No problems here. Got a Bulova Hack for a great price!

·

Yes, legit site. They even shipped to Canada.

·

I bought 2 Certinas there. Good price, good warranty, smooth transaction.

·

I have had a few trouble free purchases from Jomashop.

·

Yea they’re legit

·

Not personally but I see a bunch off people so and I haven’t heard anything bad yet

·

Haven't had any issues with purchasing.

I fortunately haven't had the need to call customer service for anything, have heard that to be not as great of an experience.

Bought an automatic Mido, received it broken, wouldn't run. Jomashop doesn't provide manufacturers warranty, I wasn't going to send it back to AKA Brooklynwach and have DHL potentially breaking it. My watchmaker found the Mido self winding rotor add on to the ETA 80 hrs movement was too long, the screw tip shattered the jewel under it and it felt apart in the movement. Horrible experience with jomashop aka Brooklyn watches. Glad I brought it to my watchmaker it's been running +1.5 sec a day. My advice to you is to avoid jomashop

Yes it’s fine and legit. If you want a great pre-owned model in perfect condition I would call customer service and ask for Zalman he’s handels their pre owned and is great

I have purchased 4 new watches from them, including a Hamilton, Omega and Tudor. No issues and delivery has been quick. Their prices are the best I’ve seen, even better during sales. The Omega had the OEM card with the model/serial number info, but no warranty card. The Tudor didn’t come with any paperwork except the owners/user manual. Jomashop did provide their own 5-year warranty card.
