Sounds like a problem with the automatic winding. It seems it is getting very little wind as you wear it
I’m wondering if it has something to do with the dome being stronger against impacts and pressure than a flatter crystal. The more domed shape helps to better distribute impact and pressure across the entire surface.

Complete personal opinion, but I really like Tissot as a brand,yet really dislike the branding on many of their watches.
