Finally an Anordain but a long wait.

Nice one. Build slots were 2029/30 when I checked last week.

It was 2028 when I placed my order last month.

I have to make up my mind by the 12th of March which one I am buying, for delivery within 4 weeks. I'm none the nearer to deciding, it's a really, really tough choice. This is really the only realistic chance of getting an An Ordain at RRP without having to put myself on the waiting list again.

I was initially going for the Model 1 blue fume dial, then the Model 3, back to the Model 1 grey fume & now I'm inching towards the Model 1 green like you. I'd be as well writing them down on bits of paper & pulling one out of a hat. 😮

No don’t pull it off the paper, rather print it and place it on ur wrist :)

As beautiful as these watches are, I am far to impatient to be prepared to wait 4 years for one.

I looked at one a few years back when the wait was a couple of months, and decided to hold off on the purchase. In hindsight was not my smartest move... 😂

Same here and had other commitments so watch was way down in my priority 😬

And people compain about Rolex.

I do complain about Rolex coz they don’t give a definite slot nor take a deposit 😀. My fear is that, by the time AD calls me I would have already spent my money 😂

Oi. I love Anordain, but that makes the Rolex AD seem like a wait at the DMV.

Did the math. My age and anordain delivery time do not correlate. Beautiful watch though, the dial has the only kind of email I really want 😉

This reminds me of Morgan cars. They had a 6 year waiting list.

I have a slot for 2027...... 😢 😭 But I keep going back and forth whether I want to wait that long.

I understand the tedious process to produce but I didn't think 4 years would be the time I'd wait for one. I think it want the grey fume but sometimes I also think I should just get something to get my money's worth now. But I'll be patient.

I’ll move on to the other easily available watches while waiting for this one.

Wow...The games that Rolex AD's play all of sudden don't look so obnoxious. They are beautiful watches though.....Good luck....

Killer dial

I feel your pain. I have a 2029 build slot, but I'm planning to make the most of this by also saving for a trip to Scotland with my wife to pick up the watch in person. We'll see if AnOrdain delightfully messes up that plan by moving my slot up to 2028.

I was fortunate to order a Payne Grey back in February 2021 and it arrived in 3 months. To be honest I had not planned to buy one but I think I saw an article about the brand in Fratello and probably like many during Covid made an impulse buy.

I even asked them to delete the second hand thus turning it into a two hander so I would have less distractions when staring at the dial. They graciously complied. Great Folks at AnOrdain.

To be honest its a nice watch but doesn't get the same wrist time as my other pieces. So on one hand I do not believe in 2024 I would wait 5 years to get one but on the other hand I am north of 60 so I don't plan on waiting 5 years for anything!

It's a very beautiful dial.

The longer I waited was 4 months. One unexpected thing happened: when I received the watch I was not so much in love with it anymore. Things got colder. Maybe something to consider. Love❤️

Waiting for the Rolex AD call for 2 years now but atleast with this one I know when :)
