Does anybody know how to remove this?

Im looking to upgrade the clasp on my alpinist to an adjustable one...

There is this San Martin one on ali that seems to fit but how do I remove his pin?

Is it a pin&collar?

Thanks crunch!

It does look that way. Pin & C I believe

It looks more like a split pin to me. Push on the solid end not the slotted end. It may be better to remove the link as well, depending on the measurements of the new clasp.

Coulod be a pin with a sleeve. I hate those type of pin configurations. 😉

The rest of the bracelet is split pins but this last link looks different... it has hat litte circle around the pin..

Looks like it... which side should I push trough? The one where there's a collar (probably) visible or the other one?

I Like the bracelet, also haven't seen any that come with an adjustable clasp, at least not from uncle seiko or strapcode

I would think that also. LouisBucketHat above illustrated the type of tool I use to remove pins. Links normally have an arrow and I believe the direction of the arrow is how you drive the pin in, thus out is reverse.

All you can do is try. If it doesn’t want to give, don’t force it. The hammer strike ought to be swift and strong. Worse you’ll do is bend the removal pin on the tool. I’ve done that before so it is a good thing the pin driver is replaceable. BTW, I use a plastic head hammer. Be happy to drag it out and post a picture. 😀
