I don't have an IWC and I got rid of my 2 BMWs. But that doesn't make me not into cars anymore does it?

IWC Pilot is a top 10 of all time in my opinion. Never was a car guy living in NYC because of lack of parking….but now I live just outside the city Ive fallen in love with car culture….think I’m gonna start collecting em like watches 😎

It's interesting, here is California when I go to the car meets all of the German/European/Old American car guys are watch guys. The guys collecting vintage Asian cars tend not to be watch guys.

I get it! Maybe It's a cultural thing related to some car brands, I get that japanese car culture for example it's different than the german, but in general all the people I know that likes cars in the end likes watches, but I personally started liking cars since my childhood and then got into watches

I was into cars but after being an auto technician for 29 years I have lost my love for cars. They are all over priced junk to me now but I make a decent living fixing them but they sure don't excite me anymore. I still like watches though but I don't have scars and bulged discs in my back and sore achy joints from watches😂

I have read that car guys are usually watch guys because of the mechanical intricacies of both.

But the two are not mutually exclusive.

I understand and wish the watch technicians don't think the same about watches 😂
