Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
After my parents gifted me a Datejust, I wore it for some time. However, I couldn't wear it all the time in all the places I go. And so I ended up buying an Orient Bambino with a champagne dial... then things just snowballed from there! 😁
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
The first watch I've ever remembered having was a pink flik flak with a blue whale on the dial! I don't know if i'm imagining it. 😂I really think I had one like this.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Right now... nope. 😓 I can't think of any interesting story related to my watches.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Just chill out with the acquisition! Put your credit card back in your wallet! Just because you think it's cool, doesn't mean you have to have it. Be mindful of what you buy and don't go beyond 12 watches.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
I've been crushing on Nivada Grenchen. 😍 *swoon* But my next on the wishlist is the Atelier Wen Perception in copper.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Patek Calatrava Small Seconds Rose Gold... classic and luxurious. BUT... i'd never spend that much money on an a watch. I'll just admire it from afar.
