If you’re comparing between these two watches, the model on the right is a better overall watch for function, fit and finish, and design. That’s my vote, Arabic’s.
The model on the right with the fractured numerals were Breitling’s take on a dial with a military, armed forces vibe. I own a Super Avenger iteration from when the watch was in demand, sourced from the Canadian agent at the time, received a very good discount. It was explained that if I wanted the Arabic numerals dial, I needed to pay a premium. I still wear the 48mm watch occasionally never regretted the dial with bars.
Kinda depends on what you’re going for I think. Personally I gravitate towards the basic sticks for the clean and symmetrical look. However, Arabics have been growing on me lately and Breitling does them in a superb way!

the basic dial looks a little bit cleaner and not so busy.
I'll choose the one on the right, looks more masculine
Either, just not yellow 🤣
Numbers numbers numbers please
I almost never choose Arabic (and own 0 Arabic dials) but this one with the Arabic looks so good imo
I prefer the Arabics on this one.
