Brewing coffee is, to me, a really important part of my morning, and I maintain a consistent pour-over workflow. I like to wear a dive watch for coffee making for a few reasons.
First is that I can get the watch wet in the kitchen. Second is the high legibility that a typical dive watch affords. Third is that unlike an LCD, the analog dial actually makes it easier to follow a brew recipe by breaking up time into visible segments.
Unfortunately, I do not own a chronograph.
I drink from double-walled Pyrex glassware, wearing a Seiko SPB313 or Squale Corse Italiano.
Excuse me for going ham with this comment. It's nice to be able to talk about combining two things I am really interested in.
