NWA: Omega Constellation Globemaster Annual Calendar

Not so long ago I thought that it will be still quite a while until I can call one of my grail watches, the Omega Constellation Globemaster Annual Calendar, my own. But today is the day and I am extremely happy!

It's a very lucky Chrono24 buy at an amazing price. It's pre-owned but you don't see any real signs of wear. It basically is almost unworn and came with box and papers.

I believe since a while that this is my favorite Omega at all. Ticks all the boxes: dressy but also sporty, dual barrel coaxial master chronometer, a bit unconventional, a slightly higher complication than the usual normal calendar, 100m WR, nice lume and that beautiful dial with applied logo and Omega letters.

I fully trust that commercial seller. But do you think I should still bring it to the AD to have it checked?

Beautiful piece! Congrats.

Love that bezel, and quirky yet stylish dial with the months in cursive script 👌🏻Stunning watch.

Happen to have commented on the beauty of the applied logo on the Connie (in this case on a ‘69 which arrived this week) just this morning 😎

Congrats on an excellent watch. I have one and love it. You don't see them often and it's a cool complication. The pie pan, the gorgeous script, blued hands, tungsten bezel and it is totally versatile. It looks good to me as much as I can tell from pictures.

Thank you! It's indeed a bit artistic how they integrated the annual calendar.

Also my favorite Omega and grail watch.

It certainly does check all the boxes and is overlooked by most.

Kinda speaks to me as I have a knack for liking things not overly popular.

Congratulations on a stunning timepiece.

I’d never wanna take it off my wrist.

Will you be buying the bracelet as well? So drastically different as very sporty with one.

Just a magnificent watch in how it can be dressed up or down and iconic in design.

Thank you! I unfortunately have a couple of other watches that I also like very much :D

The Annual Calendar Version is bigger than the normal 39mm Globemaster. I need to check if the bracelet fits but I doubt it. But I agree that the Globemaster looks stunning on the bracelet.

The bracelet does not fit. But this is how it would look like:

I had focused more, in my lust for them, on the regular Globemaster and had forgotten they were a different size with the annual calendar.

They really should offer a bracelet for that model as well. Perhaps they thought not dressy enough to match that splendid calendar dial.

Congratulations on a beautiful watch!

·

It’s in my list to own one.. but there are many watches before this one.. great color combo

·

Absolutely stunner! Definitely on my list as well! I think the way they've chosen to lay things out is beautiful!

·

Congrats 👍💪

And I tend to agree with that. Not sure if the dial text is a bit too dressy for a bracelet.

Haha yes the struggle is real!

I wonder now if that could be my exit watch.
