well i guess its time to post my current sotc and a little story of every watch that i own. as a person i dont like to own too many things and i guess 6 collection of watch is enough (also match with the watch slot in the box). but sometimes a friend or a girlfriend give you a watch as a gift, and i need to bought one more box to keep the watch. not that i didnt appreciate it but i felt i own too much. most of the collection is affordable one, healthy hobby shouldnt break the bank right?
so for the main collection which is also the first box i choose 6 watch for different brand and different type
so first its a dive watch, an orient kamasu. this one is my first mechanical watch, i upgraded the bracelet from the miltat / strapcode. its very tempting to bought another dive watch but i think i would keep this one forever.
these two warrior is my daily beater one is a flieger laco aachen 39mm, the other is a classic field watch a seiko srpg. they got a lot of wrist time since i wore them almost everyday. i own a seiko snk before but sold it and move to srpg mostly because the snk dial is too similar with the laco.
this one is my favourite also my first swiss watch a gmt glycine airman. i changed the strap to the black leather from the stock nato. its a useful tool watch for me to track another time, usually i used it for travelling. quality is good comparing to the price.
this is my recent purchase a dresswatch rotary cambridge. i used it also for my wedding watch. i own two dresswatch before an orient bambino and a square casio, but i traded those two for the rotary. i always love square dresswatch, for 200$ i dont think there are more good option if you re into square dresswatch.
for the second box mainly is a gift and didnt get too many wrist time.
these two represent digital and quartz in my collection, i think g shock is also a modern field watch. the black one the g201 is one of my first watch before i got interested in wristwatch it is also a gift from my girlfriend, the steel one gm2100 is also a wedding gift from a friend. i think its awesome, i also appreciate the smaller size. usually i use g shock for doing sport activity like hiking or cycling.
this was a gift from my friend a casio duro because im being his bestman at his wedding. the three of us (groom and two bestman) got a same watch. its a nice watch but a little too big for me. we plan to wear it sometimes when we grow old.
last one was the oldest, a swatch diaphane. my girlfriend gave it to me when im still in college. the quality and material is not good aluminium bracelet and plastic case. im just keeping it but never wear it lol.
future plan:
im planning to buy a chronograph probably a nivada chronomaster, its a expensive watch for me but im planning to take things slow.
the other one is probably some gada watch either sinn 556 or some microbrand.
so what do you guys think? let see some other sotc from wc family, whats the theme for your collection? cheers

I have no experience with them myself but it looks like a nice dress watch.

Beautiful photography and a great collection!
This is my current SOTC, don’t see myself adding or selling any watches soon. Finally managed to find some peace with the collection.
