Seiko 'Flighty'
Needs no introduction. I always loved this watch but I was never happy with a strap for it. I know the marine straps are popular with this model but it never felt right on my wrist. I had a Vostok Milanese strap in my watch box and never thought to try it due to it being 20mm. Surprisingly it fits great and I can't stop wearing it now.

My friend, the IslandWatch Milanese/mesh bracelet is the way to go for this watch! Its curved end links match as about as perfect as it gets.

Just a word of caution. I tried the Vollmer mesh on my SNA411 Flightmaster and my experience differs somewhat from @Whitesalmon .
It was a f*cking disaster. I had to fight to get the strap in due to the curved end links and once in there was no way to get it out because the bent spring bars stuck in place. I had to rip the strap out by brute force and it found its way immediately after in the nearest bin. The mesh that I use now is from Strapcode and it does the job magnificently.
I do also own two MN style straps, one from NDC and the other from Erika's Originals (the NDC isn't worth buying IMO) but you don't want your Flightmaster on one of those unless you think that herd mentality is something cool that you must adopt.
