Worth it?
This is for sale, for $75. Is it worth it? It is a Jacques Monnat watch. Their new watches go for about $210 on their website. This one says it's an automatic. What movement does it have? Does anyone know?
The seller lists it as "Stainless steel movement." 🤣

I know the stainless steel movement . I think it has a +1/ -15 rust a day. I'm glad that it came with the transparent crystal and clockwise dial.
I couldn’t find anything on movements. I’d bet it’s an 8 series Miyota. I’d probably pass at $75 without more information.

Additional thoughts, that date wheel makes me nervous. It could be in the process of changing given the hand position, but that’s not a good point for a picture.
