New kid
When I was looking to buy my first nice watch, I thought I was just a matter of fashion and style. Then I learned about the heritage, story and intricacies of watch movements and designs; and the rest is history.
After much research, I landed my first mechanical watch: Seiko Skx013. This is 100% my gateway drug into the world of watch collecting. Looking forward to share more of my watch journey!

Theres something special about the SKX. Its not very technically exceptional but I find myself gravitating toward it everyday when I'm deciding which watch will get worn.
Maybe its the jubilee bracelet, or its pure utility that appeals to me. Definitely a collection piece thats there to stay.
