Thanks bro! It wears nicely on the wrist- not too slim nor too tall. I'd say it is leaning on the slimmer side though - I have no issue wearing it with a long sleeve shirt.
Would be curious to knowwhats your final decision in the future! Just my 2 cent, rolex movements and design are pretty solid and stood the test of time, you can tell from all the vintage rolexes floating the market at crazy value. Something to consider :)
Hey, I got this about 6 months ago from the grey market below retail price as it was an older reference. Yes, 100% a keeper for me as I consider the ref. 14270 to be neo-vintage, which is more interesting to me than the latest and greatest version.
Thats quite a dilemma you have there. Omega Speedmaster is a badass watch but I'd lean slightly toward the Rolex Explorer because I like the "classy" but somewhat sporty design. Apart from design, if we are talking about brand, this is my view: Rolex > Omega. Somehow it feels different wearing a Rolex 🙂
It depends on your priority, but it's hard to justify paying retail price for a GS timepiece because they are quite expensive now... I got my SBGW291 at 40% off retail as it's a pre-owned LNIB (from trusted reseller) and felt like a huge win for me.
