MN straps are my preferred option. They're light, flexible, adjustable, not bulky, and easy to clean when required.

All leather all the time. Never liked the look of bracelets.

Not just leather, Horween Chromexcel leather. Yeah I know, weird. Just love the texture and how it ages. First got boots made of this, and graduated to straps.

Nick Mankey straps are superb…super comfortable, lightweight, and have been proving pretty durable so far!

Rubber

steel bracelet, followed by leather. NATO it's okay on a field watch, plastic I guess it's fine on a dive watch, but that's my opinion.

I still find steel bracelet is the better looking for most watch, except for dress, field and flieger watches that leather is the king here.

Leather is also hard to dislike, since there's a huge variety, it allows you to change the style/vibe of a watch so it lets you have a lot of fun with your style. For example, my Hamilton khaki auto can have really different vibes. I have a rally style black leather with red stitching makes that goes really well with the red pointer and gives a lot of car vibes. I also have a burgundy gator leather that gives a classy look to it. A beige/tan leather/also suede with rivets gives me some Flieger vibes too(getting a Laco is in my bucket list, but I REALLY wanted/needed that strap with rivets...)

Veggie since 1982 so leather is a no go. But I do like alcantara on my posh watches occasionally, tho I'm 90% NATO. I always buy on bracelet, tho rarely wear them as if I'm going metal then it's Staib mesh as far more flexible, breathable and imho looks cooler too.

Clearly I'm in the minority 😆

Rubber, leather, bracelet, but the bracelet needs to have half links and decent micro adjustment capabilities.

Sailcloth all the way

I gravitate to steel bracelets, especially the jubilee type. That being said, I also have two watches that are sporting NATO straps, which look quite nice with that configuration. I think it all depends on the type of watch, its intended purpose, and the environment that it will be worn in.

It Truly depends on the watch for me.
