After weeks of modding my Pro Diver the way I wanted it, it’s finally done. I figured if people can come up with these names like Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, Batman, Batgirl and Hulk. Why Can’t I name this one? So I bring to you the (Invicta Pro Diver Peppermint).
Ok what did I mod and what did I keep?
I kept the original case, crown and of course movement.
I changed the bezel insert to a red one, date wheel is now white with red numerals instead of the standard black, dial is a non branded White MOP, red hands and lastly a white and red nato strap. Overall I’m happy the way it turned out.

Thank You. I'm sure some are going to shake their heads in disbelief.

Not in the slightest. A Pro Diver was also the first watch I ever modded.

I hope you are right. But some look at Invicta and think yuck why mod a Pro Diver. If I do another watch, it's probably going to be a NH34 GMT diver or pilot from the ground up.

Why wouldn't you mod a Pro Diver? I made a lot of mistakes during my first mod, but it worked out in the end. You're not going to practice on a mid-tier Seiko while installing an artisan and fragile dial with zero room for error.
What you got now is a fun watch with a story, which is indeed quite unique.
Looks delicious! Nice job.

Not me, I love the Pro/Grand Diver line. Great watches with solid movements. 👍
Wow, nicely done. It could almost pass for non-signed Swiss vintage diver from the 60s. 🎯
Very cohesively themed. It doesn't shout out "modded" meaning nothing is questionable or strikingly odd.
Great job. It looks great.

Interesting I now have to look up Swiss Vintage 60's divers lol.
And instantly “7 Nation Army” is stuck in my head.
Good job.
It reminds me of Seiko's tasteful limited editions, such as the Honda Super Cub. Very cool!
Thanks everyone for the kind words. I was gonna do a GMT next but I decided to look at some vintage Sub Style cases with acrylic crystals .I do have something in mind but it maybe a while. This next watch will be using all new parts.
Well done sourcing and swapping out the date wheel would have been difficult. Always good to have the “donor “ watch 👍
Given the calendar, rather fortuitous timing. Nicely done!
