Do you pay attention to what you pair with your watch?

I get up and think what watch I’m going to wear, which then translates to which clothes I will wear with my watch. I know I might be in the minority but I’m a designer so I love details so there’s that.

I'm not super strict about it but it takes little effort to look decent and coordinate.

I normally know a few days ahead of time which watch I'm going to wear, just mentally cycling through my collection, and matching to what I will wear that day, which will also depend whether I'm in the office or not.

·

I didn't even know that was possible. I often keep the same watch for 2 weeks or so.

I applaud yourself and others who coordinate "wrist to waist' (and beyond) myself, well wear whatever takes my fancy n try (a little) to get a bit of co-ord (maybe😅) cool post👍

I do it the other way around. Match the clothes to the watch. (only half joking)

I’m a big sneakerhead but I don’t normally match them. Sometimes I do if it’s a good match for example a pair of loafers with my dressy Baltic mr01. Although I do like a pair of sneakers and baggy outfit with a small dressy type watch also. Hahaha

So if I wear grey jeans a black tshirt I will probably not wear a blue watch but besides that nowadays people express their style in different ways. I always try to go as simplistic as possible so colours have to match

·

Heck yeah, whatever type of weirdo doesn't?? 🤣👍🏻

·

No. I have widely varying colors in my collection and it would be a PITA to match with my clothes.

I usually match a watch to what I’m wearing. Today is an exception but I never wear one that totally clashes with my outfit.

·

I wear whatever I feel like. Having said that, since I wear jeans and t-shirts or sweatshirts with the occasional flannel shirt, or hiker grunge in the backcountry, and I have no “dress watches” everything works out! I don’t wear my Citizen watches at work or while changing the oil in the car, but otherwise I’m not picky!!!

·

I pay attention to my outfit and general appearance. Sometimes I want my watch to clash, sometimes compliment. I rarely plan ahead on either watch or outfit, though I can say with a degree of confidence I’ll be wearing this tomorrow for St Paddy’s…it clashes with everything.

During the work week I select a watch to match my shirt! Or sometimes the other way around 🤣

·

I started doing this more and more, and it kinda gets on my nerves, because a) I get ready much slower and b) I wasn’t always too picky about matching colors and outfits.. but can’t help it 😅
