Now that I fell down the horological rabbit hole, I am going to make about 40 of these for my employees that has worked with us for over 10 years. 20 years ago when the wife and I started this company, I did not think that I would make my guys watches myself 😂

That's an awesome thing to do! Showing your appreciation for your people is important and its something many western companies no longer do. Probably because a job is no longer for life here.
