Agree with you in that the bracelet makes it look dressy. But if I get it out would live with mostly different straps. Easy enough to make it look like the OG 7042 😄

I am in the I like vintage watches stage of this hobby and so having a diver that looks like it is from the 60s appeals to me. Also 6.5" wrist means this looks just right for me.

This might be recency bias but my latest pickup of a Seiko 8FXX movement watch is a perpetual and comes with a set it and forget it for 10 years quartz. Quite a few models out there but they are mostly second hand I think
