I need help - fast!

After weeks of badgering, my wife has decided she doesn't want anything for Christmas. We've been together for nearly 25 years, so I know this is a trap.

She's told me she doesn't want jewellery or clothes (not that I would pick her clothes!). 'It's fine' she says.

I think I might get her a watch, although our watch ideas are quite far apart. I have attached a photo of three of her watches that I found in her drawer today while she's at work. I'm sorry for the terrible photo.

These are things I do know:

Budget about £300. She doesn't believe in expensive watches for herself, but indulges me.

Automatic or quartz is fine. I'm tending towards automatic, but she will prefer quartz. She would be even happier if she doesn't have to change the battery.

Diameter probably not more than about 30mm. She has tiny wrists.

I can't go out and get one, so will have to be mail order and has to arrive this week (I am in England). It has to be somewhere that takes returns, just in case I'm a mile off here.

She's not keen on diamonds, I love them.

So I don't know where to start on this one, but I'm sure you guys do!

Sorry, I think some sort of GADA/sports watch for her. I couldn't seem to edit my post.

I’m sure there’s a Citizen Eco-Drive that fits the bill.

·

35mm Tissot prx, plenty of colours to choose from.

·

Does she wear them or do they live in the drawer?

·

She wears them. I'm pretty sure she has more, but I don't know where they are. I know she had the batteries replaced on a couple recently.

Is there a tiny dive style watch for ladies?

·

Try H Samuel. Order online, click and collect. Also the right kind of budget for there. Maybe get a Seiko?

I can't immediately see anything she might like on the Citizen UK website. Plenty I like with diamonds though!

I love this one, but well over budget (surprise!) and maybe a bit big for her at 36mm.

I like this one too.

I would get her the 38mm Seiko 5KX in whichever flavour she might like.

If she wants to wear a tiny watch, she already has those. What she doesn’t have is a competent diver that will fit her small wrist comfortably.

·

I'm worried 38 is going to be too big for her.

How bout the Orient star range?

Not sure on delivery times though although there’s free shipping and fast at extra cost from creation watches….

What about this?

Lots I like for me at Orient UK, but not for her. Thanks for the suggestion though.

She seems to like integrated bracelets. How about this Citizen Eco Drive (solar powered) watch? Model: EW1544-53A

I don't think she likes TT. I showed her some men's TT a while back that I was considering for myself and she didn't like them.

I'm trying to get her something different, so maybe I should go with a strap? Maybe she needs pushing into something different? 😂

Thanks for your suggestion. I do like the idea of Eco Drive.
