Watch literature-Absolute steal!
Hey there friends. I was perusing World of books and I came across these. Three days later they are in my hand. The best bit? These were only £8.95 for the pair! For those of you who don't know, WOB are a preowned book seller selling old library books, that sort of thing. You can get them for an absolute steal. They also sell on ebay. I bought 1001 wristwatches (which gives off a DK 'The ___ book' vibes) and The Wristwatch almanac which is simply amazing. It's pretty much an idiots guide to watch enthusiasm- for the first half. The second half is filled with entry's of various companies, some of which I've never heard of. Pictured is Elgins entry and @Aurelian this seems right up your street. Fully recommend both books and World Of Books. If anyone would like to have a read of any particular brands entry I would be more than happy to make a post where I just write it onto here. Not sure if anyone here actually cares about these books (except perhaps @roberto. He loves any literature that even has a whiff of watchnerd to it) but I'm absolutely buzzing and this is tonights entertainment sorted for me. Ok, ciao!
