I bought an Atlantis from Amazon back in 2020. I saw the retro commercial for the original release of the watch and had no idea you could get it in stainless.

The stainless cased Atlantis was only available in the early era of the Atlantis I believe. One thing I've noticed about the recent versions (am talking about the one I purchased last year), is that compared to the brown resin cased one I owned back in the 1990's the pusher buttons on the newer one don't seem to operate as well. The "mode" button on mine seems to have recessed almost flush with the case and is difficult to depress

Yes, I definitely noticed the pushers had very stiff action and required so much force it leaves an imprint in your finger. They have actually re-released the stainless version but I think its all gone at this point. I should have scooped one up when I had the chance.

Wow! did not know that Timex re-released a stainless version of the Atlantis! I don't think that that one is available here in Kanuckistan ...

Thank you very much! You're right, the collection is not only modest, but modestly priced. The most expensive of the lot is the Tissot which was a 10 year service gift from my employer. I love 'em all anyway regardless of what they cost 😎

·

I'll take all of the watches in the top row, thanks very much!

Too bad the Casio EFR-526 isn't available in the panda version in my neck of the woods.

Am actually wearing that very one today! Not available (domestically) here either ... order mine from Creation Watches in Singapore a couple of years ago. 😎
