I have a Sistem51 swatch given to me as a gift. I’m not usually one for skeletonization, but it kind of fits the character of this model. It’s got an 80 hour power reserve and one of my most comfortable watches! I have no idea how long this mechanical movement will last, but I’ve heard they aren’t serviceable. Does anyone know if that’s true?
It’s true, if you plan to change straps the s100 is not the model to look at due to the end link integration. However, if you like a bracelet this Titanium is really nice wearing.
Don’t get me wrong, the tolerances are not the same as a $3000 class bracelet. So if you look for it you can make the end links wiggle or the clasp shimmy against the bracelet.
I chose this model because of the 39mm size, domed sapphire, and handset. Even if it had standard lugs I would still wear the bracelet on this watch. Hope that helps!
Thanks, I really love it too! It's pretty difficult for me to photograph because the crystal is very reflective, but to the eye it's a real joy to see the light play on the different textures.
