Smiths Everest Honeycomb

Yep, I got one. Put it on a black leather Hirsch strap.

Simple but beautiful

It is a very nice watch. I do love the logo as well. I would love one if I had the cash.

The only real Everest watch...

Er… I’m hoping this is a joke.

Should I have said first?😂

Yes - unless you want a unwarranted history lesson 😂

As a slight aside - an original Lip Himalaya is a really cool alternative to a Smiths De Luxe A404. Similar heritage (>8km expeditions).

Timefactors Smiths is not original Smiths, and the modern Smiths Everest seems to be an homage to the Explorer with a Japanese movement… sold off the history and kudos of the British made watch with the British movement.

Someday I find the right smiths...I assume the Lip is made of unobtainium.

The Annapurna is, Himalayas not (if you are lucky)

That is so very nice.

I've tried to order one of these exact models, but no luck. Any advice on how I can get a hold of one through time factors directly so I don't have to pay the egregious markup on the secondary market?

I made sure I set up my account on their website (with my email address and postal address) before the store opened. I also made sure I was logged in, so once the store opened I just kept refreshing the page and added the watch to my basket. Checkout then only took a few seconds as my details were already in the system.
