Citizen Promaster Sapphire - lug-to-lug?

I've owned several different iterations of the Promaster NY0040 line-up, and I currently have the deep blue NY0040-17L version. However, I recently came across the all-black model (NY0140-80EE) that has a few tweaks - sapphire crystal and 120 click bezel, mainly. I'm just curious whether this model has the same dimensions as the regular NY0040 range. The big measurement for my small-wristed self is the lug-to-lug measurement. The measurement I'm familiar with is 47mm. Does anybody know if this "improved" Promaster has the same dimensions? It looks a little chunkier on the outer case to me.
