My budget is preferably under $200, but I'm willing to go up to $275

I really wanted that one as well but I ended buying another Citizen. After many Quartz Citizens I ended up a fanboy their quality is pretty amazing for the price. As far dressy I don't think you can beat the Bambino for the price.

I'm more of a Casio and Seiko fanboy myself, I've never owned a citizen, but I do own a Bulova, I deleted the pic but it's on my WRUW from a little while ago
Always been a fan of the Seiko green monster.
