Does anyone have any suggestions on how to upgrade the lume on the face and hands of the Invicta Pro Diver 8926ob?
And please be kind. Don't all just tell me to chuck it in the bin and buy a more expensive watch. I happen to like it and it's a good movement and case. The lume is just rubbish.

Why do you need this watch to have great lume?
Are you a ninja? a tactical dude? A spelunker? a nightowl? a vampire?

They make kits based on color. You mix the powder with water and paint the lume onto the dial or hands. I've seen a few YouTube videos on it, that's a good place to start.

I just like having decent lume
I love the lumen in diver/sports watches but I don't know if I would dare touch the dial of my watch, I'd better take it to an expert
That’s an NH35 movement. There are tons of great lume dials and hands for it in the modding community. The problem is there doesn’t seem to be a standard for identifying how good of lume something has before you buy it. Looks like a great watch to mod.
Just buy new hands and change it.
