My 36.8mm Omega blue dial De Ville Pestige came with a nice 19mm jubilee bracelet, which I think suits it nicely, however, I'm about to buy a black leather strap to match it for a more formal event 👍.
Glad you got to look at it and try it on etc. I'm surprised that they've shot themselves in the foot by not even entertaining a discussion about a discount, to bridge their own online price...makes no commercial sense.
As an airline employee, and pass through the airport security search several times a day, I can confirm that none of my watches when worn actually set off the alarm on the scanner machine.
Although, whenever I wear a new watch I am a little anxious about this when approaching the security search area 😂😂.
