I absolutely adore the clean vintage military look. If it had a date complication I think I'd be smitten! 

• I think that's going to be your sweet spot in terms of sizes to be honest! I think at that size it's good to start with thinner (maybe dress?) watches. Seiko do some really nice watches from their 5 range to Presage and all the way up to Grand Seiko, very easy to start a collection and have some really nice pieces at affordable ranges.

Love the simple and clean dial. I always love the designs that Pagani come up with but do you get absolutely random QC issues with your purchases?

It adds a bit of weight but it's definitely worth it and to give Farer credit, the bracelet is really light in comparison to most other brands I've had. I also much prefer bracelets. I find it so difficult to get a strap that's comfortable.
