I quite like them. About as good as it gets on Amazon. Ottoody are worth a look if you want something slimmer.
Leather is a consumable product when it comes to watches so when you find a comfy one get a spare.
These are mine, soft Elk from Gul (Sweden) on the left and Rios Enzell on the right, which is the softest strap I have. I haven't tried Barton yet but I will at some point since they seem well liked.
