Recently added the Seiko SNE573 to the collection and it would definitely be my pick. Solar, sapphire crystal, divers 200m, 38.5mm case x 11mm x 46mm lug to lug, and an absolute strap monster. Super comfortable, unobtrusive, and (theoretically) maintenance free! Its like a lite version of the SPB143 with the case shape.

Great picture, looks fantastic on wrist! I do agree that Nomos has a little more flare than the GS; both are just so dang gorgeous! I appreciate the input!

It is definitely is a tough comparison since they are all so different, and I do agree with what you said about the CW. It would be something I would wear for work, special occasions, and any other time I want to "dress up." The GADA / always ready to go is why I was looking towards the GS. I always like to get a second opinion, so thank you for the extremely helpful post; I appreciate it!!
Another vote for one of the Christopher Ward's or the Mido. I don't have any hands on experience with either of them, but many people seem to adore them.
As @rkovars mentioned, the SPB143 falls around your price range.
