Very beautiful turtle Lawrence! Is that the srp775? I love the strap, looks very cool 😎
Have a great weekend!!
Thank you, Kostas. It's actually an SRPE91, which is the same model as the SRP775, except with the updated caseback to comply with the new ISO standard. The 775 says AIR DIVER'S 200m, where mine says DIVER'S WATCH 200m.

Thanks for the explanation Lawrence! I didn’t know the two models are identical apart from the change relating to the iso standard! Very interesting

You're welcome Kostas. It's the same deal with the SRP777 & SRPE93 (black & silver model). Supposedly, Seiko did not need to make the change to comply since these models were already in production, but chose to do so anyway. Something interesting about the 93 (and some of the other newer models): if you look at the dial, there is now a small lume plot to the right of the date window, which has always been left off before. I believe this is also required of the updated ISO rating. My 91 does not have that lume plot, but is still an ISO rated diver. My best guess is that Seiko was using up dials that were already produced before making the full change, since it doesn't affect their rating. The case backs are pretty much the same across the regular editions, so that was probably an easy software fix. I'm sure the 777 was a better seller than the 775, so they got the new dials first. I'm not even sure that mine (91) is still in production. 🤷♂️

Great watch great shots
I have a bit of a thing for divers at the moment just like this 🙃 with a rubber strap, particularly a Seiko.
Cool photo to show that dome, but a tad risky for me 😅
That strap looks really cool
Man o man that green with the gold! I think it's your best combo Lawrence!
Nice! With the Uncle Seiko Irazumi rubber strap. Top notch. Enjoy!!
Nice combo with the tattoo strap Lawrence.
Lol I know it's a dive watch but I wouldn't want that failing into my tea, that photo makes me nervous 😅
