Advice sought on watch strap colour

I'm not completely sure about the bracelet on my new Nodus Avalon ll and  think I might like to put a rubber strap on it. What colour can be recommended for a yellow faced watch?  The net seems a bit thin on this issue, so any ideas would be welcome.  I know that black can be a default setting but I wonder if people have other straps on their yellow watches.

I‘d actually go with a black tropic strap, though. I’d suggest Barton’s tropic style, but it is hit or miss whether you’d like them. They used to be a bit stiffer and not as grippy, but many complained and now I feel they are too grippy and the keepers are hard to get the strap through. That said, I still like them, just prefer the original style.

I think black will look the best, but grey is also a good option. Personally, I wouldn't do any colors unless you can find a matching yellow.
