Considering getting my first rolex
I saw a reasonably priced Milgauss, V series likely to be 2009. It is without box and unlikely to be serviced before, but seller is trustworthy and I am considering of buying it. I have already factor some costs such as the authentication and servicing fee.
Looking to get my first rolex and also considering to trade in for an upgrade in the future.
Would like to see some perspectives and gathering feedback from Milgauss owner if the thickness is a concern. Thanks!

That would be my first Rolex too!!
Buying first and getting authentication later might not be the best route.

Ps: If the Sapphire Glas has a constant Green hue it is probebly authentic. That Cristal is only made by Rolex

If the price is under say $7k I would say go for it, have it serviced and enjoy. If the salvo has any damage at all I would stay away from it though.
Nice choice, the milgauss is an awsome choice..... I am also looking at the one you show and the white dial. Both vary solid pieces and can't go wrong. Even if you grow out of favor of the watch it is an absolute keep sake and an item you can pass down to a loved one. Think I will purchase my gray market watch in a few months.
The Milgauss is the ONLY modern Rolex I like. It is cool, funky, so non-Rolex. This said do like the four and five digit Sea Dwellers & Submariners.
No experience with the Milgauss but I think it's a cool watch. It would be a great first Rolex.
I do wonder if there will be a new version released next month at Watches and Wonders. I'm trying not to make any purchases until after all the new models are released.

As far as thickness goes, I've never truly known if it works until it's on wrist.

I tried on one a friend owns and it is a dream on the wrist! Perfect dimensions for my 6.75 inch wrist. My favorite Rolex!
