NOMOS Glashütte Club
For my first post here, I’d like to share one of my favorite watches. I entered the world of wristwatches about four months ago, and my first acquisition was the NOMOS Glashütte, Reference 701.1. I’m particularly fond of its white silver-plated dial and the contrasting red hands.

Exactly! Based on my profession, dress watches are my go to. However, with this one, I can easily pair it with jeans and a tshirt as well as a suit.

Congrats!! Nomos is massively underrated. Almost entirely in house manufacture and high value hand finishing. I got the Metro power reserve and love it.

My Nomos was brought when I lost my mother just before Xmas. I wanted something colourful to remind me of my mum. She loved bright colours.

One of the best value for the money brands! I got this one and a limited edition Ludwig and both are great watches. The Club is more versatile and unique, but the Ludwig is also very formal and fitting of more formal events.

I don’t agree that they are underrated as their production is running flat out to keep up with demand. Also it’s very difficult to get a AD dealership to sell them such is the competition

Yeah I meant in terms of the price. They should be priced higher considering the level of hand finishing. But you'll find that they take a big hit in the secondary market. I got mine used for 60% of the retail. And it was near mint condition.
