Yeah, I already asked the price for the bracelet separately. This was actually a display model so they couldn’t sell it as new, but it’s pristine. I did the math, and I’m still getting a bit of a discount on the watch, even after buying the bracelet separately. But yeah, you’re 100% correct, the price of the bracelet really stings.
I bought this from the following website. It took a few weeks to get here. The quality is pretty solid. It’s a bit of a hair puller, but it’s got solid links, solid end links, screw pins and a milled clasp. My one complaint aside from the hair pulling is the fold over clasp. The fold over portion doesn’t seem to seem very secure. It closes and hasn’t opened on me yet, but it seems a little loose. Possibly just a problem with my bracelet specifically? Going to see if I can make some modifications to fix it, or I’ll just buy a similar clasp and replace it entirely. Hope this helps! Good luck!

This is a really good comparison actually. I’ve been actually thinking about leaving it with the smooth fixed bezel to give it this Tudor look. I’m going to buy the fluted bezel and I might wait to switch. Or just buy another one lol.
Oh man, this is awesome. Thanks for this. I’ve been wondering what the reference number was for a while and just haven’t done the research.
Since this is my brother’s watch, I’d likely go all out buy the OEM Tag bracelet. I might have to skip an affordable watch purchase and get this bracelet again. Thanks for the info!
100%. It’s not my usual style, but the meaning behind it will make this watch a permanent part of my collection. I could never bring myself to sell it.
