Not quite. It's a movement from Sea-gull. A well established Chinese company. This particular movement is a clone of a Swiss ETA 2824 (manufactured with license).
Currently I own over 20 different time pieces. North Flag is my favorite by a huge margin. I like the style, the legibility, the power reserve indicator, the integrated bracelet that never goes out of fashion. It is a
chronometer with 70 hours power reserve. Worth every penny.
It was difficult to work with the open face and not to damage anything. I also had tough time with the second hand - it just would not get in it's place. But in the end I did it. By the way, I made the lume from powder and UV resin.
