Not quite. It's a movement from Sea-gull. A well established Chinese company. This particular movement is a clone of a Swiss ETA 2824 (manufactured with license).
I have the green version of this watch. The specs on the watch are outrageously good for the $$. I have had it 6 months and on a nato strap it's pretty much my daily. The movement has proven to be very accurate. The drawback is that I have found the 40 power rating grossly inaccurate. Mine better move or be wound every 24 hours or it stops.

Its a budget Aliexpress brand less well known than Pagani. They will be decent if they have a Japanese engine under the hood.
