These watches are extremely far apart in terms of style (The Tudor and OMS less so than the Longines and any of the other two) so it really comes down to your own personal preference. Up to this post I had never heard of the Ole Mathiesen, so for me the choice would be between the Tudor and the Longines-- and for me, the Longines will win that hands down every time. But once again, that's me. I'm not you.

They all in my opinion share the fact that they go with almost anything and Ole mathiesen is a danish watch brand who uses Swiss movement and then has a assembly line in Denmark Great brand with focus on craft and quality
Hard to give you an advice. These watches are very different from each other. We also know to less about your expectations and what exactly you are looking for.
But I understand that you are searching for around 2K.
From your selection: I'm not the biggest Turdor-Fan. Even I think the Royal is the most pretty model, I'm not that appealed from it's concept. The longines fullfills more the better roundup I think in case of design.
Anyway, here are some alternative recommendations:
Frederique Constant Highlife, the standard version is under 2K which you can even get with an extra strap.
Or slightly over 2K more blingy.
The Longines Spirit but almost 3K, anyway, one of the best concepted watches currently in this price range I think
Or even the new Conquest
Seiko King Seiko
The new Mido Multifort TV Big Date way under 2K
Rado Captain Cook
Rado True Square Plasma High Tech Ceramic
Oris Divers sixy five or Aquis
Union Glashütte Belisar
Nomos Club Sport
Or what I personally like the Archimede Klassik 200 in scratch resistant steel ( a traditional brand from Pforzheim)
The 1,5 to 2,5K price range is more difficult (but not important as you see). This pricing area is strong avoided by many brands. It's like a DMZ between the luxury and the affordable watches.

I personally prefer the Tudor Royal, but buy whatever watch you like.
