There is a nice red variant Seiko 5 SNK, it is SNK M95. If you can find it, it should be around 100$, maybe less.

They do have their own website but, you can get it on Amazon for about 200.
KNOT is a brand out of Japan. They have this sub-$200 titanium solar watch that looks pretty good.
Came here to also suggest the Q Timex 1972 reissue, it's very nice!
Aragon always has some interesting red dial dive watches for reasonable prices. These are well-made tanks but very large on the wrist - most references are 45mm or 50mm.
