Probably in the 150-200 range.
It’s more than just a red dial – large, non-traditional case shape, floating indices, etc. – but have you seen the Q Timex 1972 Reissue?
More subdued and probably harder to find is the burgundy Timex Marlin.
And not just red, but lots of red, there’s the Timex × Todd Snyder The Modern Art Watch.
That burgundy one is classy AF! Thanks for the suggestions!
If a mod is a possibility, there are some nice red dials out there too. There is this red sandwich dial that looks great in a Seiko SNK809 (or other SNK80x variant).
And here’s a Sakura dial from Namoki.
Only red dial Islander in budget and available.
And the Phoibos a little over budget.
G Shock GWB5600AR-1 May actually be the most difficult to read in the collection. :)

Was just about to post. it’s beautiful color…
the prices for that seem to vary a lot! do they have an online store? or they sell via other vendors?
Long Island Watch has some nice options at this price point.
There is a nice red variant Seiko 5 SNK, it is SNK M95. If you can find it, it should be around 100$, maybe less.
Beat me to the draw. It's a belter...
They do have their own website but, you can get it on Amazon for about 200.
KNOT is a brand out of Japan. They have this sub-$200 titanium solar watch that looks pretty good.
Came here to also suggest the Q Timex 1972 reissue, it's very nice!
Aragon always has some interesting red dial dive watches for reasonable prices. These are well-made tanks but very large on the wrist - most references are 45mm or 50mm.
Here is a nice 45mm example for $200
