Another day at the office working towards my 'grail' timepiece 😅
Today, I grabbed MontBlanc's Walt Disney Limited Edition 1901 fountain pen, not my favourite but this will do for Tuesday 🖋️
As for the timepiece, well, no introduction is required for this Expolar II ⌚

Commenced watch collecting in late 2022 when I began looking for an "accomplishment" timepiece. I am quickly realising how dangerous this hobby is as it can be very addictive!

Ball point pen suck. Fountain pen always work. Fountain pen aren't expensive. Platinum peppy is arguably one of the best fountain available and it cost around $5.
Love the Mont Blanc! I have the Boheme fountain pen, which is a little small in the hand but has a lovely mechanism where the nib retracts. I don't think they make them any more - or at least you certainly can't buy them in Malaysia now.
My dad was a quiet stoic guy, in 1967, I was a jock, played select hockey, ran track, decent athlete and then I was not because life happens. While I was flat on my back in an observation ward of a public hospital he arrived one afternoon with a set of sterling silver Parker pens an ink and and a ball point, I purchased the rolling ball a few years later when I was an architect. He said our poor family could not afford the pens but it was an encouragement to get out the hospital and move on with my life. Message received, my rehab was incomplete but life goes on. My wife’s Tudor was just lying around.
I had previously considered that particular Disney one as well but ended up getting thr Ferrari.
