Casio w-57

One of my most beloved casios. This is a really hidden gem, and I wish I saw more people use it! What do you think of it? And yes, the light is a fantastic retro green <3

I think its cool, I prefer the f91w look more, but its refreshing to see these, a lot of people pass them by.

Honestly, I love the style of the f-91w, but too much representation of it. I rarely see other models, but when I do, it's usually those in the same style. I do own a black and colortext dialed silver a700, and I absolutely love it, especially the slimness, but yeah. A lot of people rarely even give a second look at this casio, that has good WR, good light, big and visible numbers etc. Not sure why this model ( w-57) ain't more popular... I mean, if I ever need a good visible watch at old age, I may just use this one.

It really is :D

I like it! It may be hard to believe, but this is my first time seeing this model, and I may have to add one to my collection. It brings to mind the round Royale, the AE1000, in the way it is a round A168, for the most part.

Completely agree. Never seen it?

No, which is surprising, as I love Casio and have watches from several of their lines. I am looking to add an Oceanus T150 this year.

Oooh! Nice!

I have never seen this one before. Very clean and relatively simple. I like the round ones... also a fan of the F200W

Recently had the green one and it was the first Casio I didn't  like. It felt incredibly hollow and light.

That is surprising, but not every watch can please every hobbyist. 😀

I liked the idea of a round faced royale, but truly it was the cheapest thing I had ever felt. Man, now I am a heretic.

I had considered getting one in the past, but ultimately decided not to, as I already had my AE1200, and while I liked the idea of it, it wasn't really different enough for me to add it to my Casio collection.

This is one I haven't seen before ^^"

But it looks nice! Though, the numbers does seem somewhat too stretched up and down :/

It irks me because for that low cost of $25, I could have easily snagged a Casio I would have been over the moon with. I feel bad though. I gifted it to a friend's son who was asking me about watches. He wears it nonstop and I wish I would have given him something nicer.

Yeah, the Casio solar dress watch I have only cost $29, and that is a great dress watch option for someone young who is getting into watches.

It's not to my taste, but at least it's not another of the same watch everybody else talks about!

Not everyone likes the same stuff :) But thank you for seeing and understanding my point. Not every watch needs to be the same! :)
