Has anyone bought from this site? Selection may be too good to be true.

I was surfing for watches and came across this site "World Of Watches". They have an unreal selection and prices that seem lower than anywhere I can find elsewhere. I did some light digging and found a couple of people that vouch for the site, but say it was a pain returning items.

Have you used this site?

How was your experience?

Additionally, if you want to list some websites to avoid, that would definitely be on topic.Thank all!

Is this the place in CT? I looked at a place in CT that had the cleanest vintage watches I’ve ever seen…was told they were all re-dialed etc so I passed

I’ve not bought from there. I have a Private watch guy I deal with. I’ve bought a couple from Bezel ( also have an app )they are really good to work with and prices are pretty fair.

Never used it, but usually if it is too good to be true it usually is….

It’s probably been 20 years, but as far as I know, they are a reputable grey dealer.

Grey market like @foghorn said.

Good thing is much cheaper.

Bad thing is warranty stuff if that's a concern.

Haven't used them before, but have had several very good purchases from Joma Shop, dating back to '14/'15.

I'd be curious to know about the low stars, my guess is most stem from warranty issue, etc. Which the onus is on you to research BEFORE buying what many would consider luxury brands online.
