I'm looking for something good but not premium, something around 30$ but I'm scared of paying extra money for a product that come from Alibaba

RIOS1931 - the construction and finishing is superb in the ones which still use the traditional "full bug" stitching method.
Really depends on the material. As far as rubber/silicon goes, you can't go wrong with Barton's elite silicon bands.
