It is sad that such a successful man decided to sell off his expensive collection. Especially Patek Grandmaster Chime. He's probably in financial trouble.

That's what I am wondering... WHY??????? All I keep coming back to is financial troubles. For someone such as himself, having a couple watches just sitting on a shelf should be no different than us normal people having a book or small decoration just sitting around on a shelf.
The watch is a really beautifully refined example of the style at that time in high end horology. It’s not my thing, but I think I would come to love it for the purity of its defects. It’s really good!

I'm sure something could be arranged 😉
Facelift payments are due
I am sure Ed Sheeran will be the high bidder for all the Patek’s.
Kind of cool that he's putting them back out in to the world for others to enjoy.
The story about Flip Wilson giving Sly the stallion pendant off of his neck was also pretty cool.

Yeah, I heard that story too - completely legit.
