This is interesting, I love Cartier have always owned at least one or more since I started buying modern production watches in the 80s but I have never sourced a round model of any of their watches. My wife wears a Ballon Bleu but nixed my suggestion to buy a pair of Pashas this Christmas as gifts for us with no surprise involved. Life goes on, I voted B.
So a reason I posted this is the women in my life generally seem to prefer the round one on me. So is it that the general populous prefers a more normal one - and watch enthusiasts broadly prefer the iconic tank design? (I say this having clicked on option b myself.)

I think the general population see Cartier as a jeweler more than a watchmaker. I voted rectangle just because I recently got a vintage Cartier Tank. Very happy with it. Will be happier once the (very expensive) strap I ordered for it arrives.
