British Watchmakers Day Hype Thread
The people behind the British Watch and Clock makers society have created an amazing club.
The membership is a bargain - you get sent so many free magazine. The online presence and social media are great.
But best of all - they have created the British Watchmakers Day on 9th March. Not only does it bring together all the major (and minor) british watchmakers under one roof (from Accurist to Roger Smith and everything in between) - the guiding ethos seems to be encouraging each brand to create a special watches just for the show that attendees can buy.
So who is going? What are you keen to see? Any plans to buy anything?
Will be great to meet some crunchers there - we need a secret handshake!

I'm from the US and unfortunately not going, but if I were my first stop would be @Clemence_Watches
Next year maybe as I don't live in UK so have to book flights etc but I will be there one day .
There was a British Carmakers Day once.
Sad outing as multiple electrical issues and it never took off.
